EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

Eligibility for Exchange:
- Exchanges are only accepted within 1 week (7 days) from the date of purchase.
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- The original receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
Exchange Procedure:
- To request an exchange, please contact our customer service team at our Contact Page within the 7-day window.
- Provide your order number, a clear explanation of the reason for the exchange, and clear images of the item(s) you wish to exchange.
- Our customer service team will guide you through the exchange process.
Shipping the Item Back:
- Once you have received your RA number, carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging.
- Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
Inspection and Approval:
- Upon receiving the returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria for exchange.
- If the item(s) meet the criteria, we will process the exchange based on your preferences.
Exchange Options:
- You may choose to exchange the item for a different size, color, or a completely different product of equal or lesser value.
- If the desired item is of higher value, the customer will be responsible for paying the difference.
Non-Eligible Items:
- Personalized or customized items are not eligible for exchange unless there is a defect or error on our part.
Refunds:
- We do not offer refunds for exchanges. If the replacement item is of lesser value, the difference will not be refunded.
